Helping organisations and education services to get the best out of their teams
Who we are...
Work is hard enough – whether that’s in business, or the education or charity sector. Add in outdated procedures, lack of accountability, unclear expectations and a negative culture, and it becomes almost impossible, often meaning our health and general wellbeing suffers. This situation doesn’t serve you, or anyone else, well.
We believe work doesn’t need to be as hard as it often is…
That’s why we bring professional development training and coaching that makes people sit up, listen and learn to be themselves again at work.
Our Ethos
We believe people deserve better than to be made unwell or unhappy at work. There is a better way – and it’s surprisingly straightforward.
We work with people who are experts in their job, but who wonder where the manual is for working with people. We help you write your own manual – improving communication, relationships and performance.
We are always amazed by what can be achieved when people discover their confidence to be their true selves and be comfortable in their own skin. But this takes courage and that’s what we help you find.
Our Approach
We take a down-to-earth, straight-talking approach to our work. We’re not a talking shop – we give you and your teams practical, tangible support that you can put into practice straight away. We’re real people, with a sense of humour. Whilst we help with serious issues, sometimes a laugh can go a long way!
Yes, we challenge, but we also support and help you have the confidence to be yourself. That’s the best way to take the stress out of working life – no second-guessing, or fearing you’re going to offend someone – just being yourself, instead of playing a role. That way, you can’t get it wrong!

Your approach and style is great. I felt really relaxed and comfortable and able to participate in the discussions.
Karen made the day really enjoyable and her approach was lovely. Usually courses can be quite clock watchy - not this one! I felt engaged and in ore of Karen's skills and style.
I have so much appreciated your practical, seasoned thinking. You make coaching so applicable in the real world – you’re not afraid to face the tricky issues but also have really helped me be clear on what’s mine to change and what’s for others.
Enjoyed the session. Lots of reflection on own practice as sometimes when you have managed for a long time you forget the coaching strategies
